Usually 1–2 hours for a single or double oven, depending on how baked-on the grease is. Range cookers and AGAs with multiple cavities can take 3+ hours. I'll give you a time estimate when I quote.
Yes — everything used is food-safe once rinsed and dried, and I follow COSHH guidelines for handling and storage. Pets and family are fine to be in the house; I just ask for the kitchen to be clear while I work.
